Every life group leader
at New Life Providence is asked to fill out this form
after each meeting. It will be sent to their zone
servant. It is critical to the success of all of
our life groups that the Zone Servants and Life Groups
staff stay in touch with what is happening in each
group! Thank you for your faithfulness in
reporting! God is moving in our midst and this is
a way to spread the word!
Life Groups exist to provide an environment where
God is free to move through real relationships and to create a safe
place for you to exercise your giftings and grow in your walk.
